Prior to joining Omni Family Health, Mr. Castillon served as Chairman of the Board of NACHC, CEO of the California Health Federation (the original statewide association representing California’s community health centers), and CEO of numerous Community and Migrant Health Centers (C/MHCs) throughout the state. In addition, Mr. Castillon proudly worked alongside Cesar Chavez to provide healthcare to farmworkers in the Coachella Valley and the Central Valley, especially in the Delano area.

Under his leadership, Omni has increased access to vital primary and preventative healthcare services, expanding from 12 health centers serving just 60,038 patients each year to an impressive 38 state-of-the-art health centers serving nearly 130,000 patients throughout California’s Central Valley in Kern, Kings, Tulare and Fresno counties. Omni Family Health continues to grow and expand access to care, with more locations coming soon in Kern and Fresno counties.

According to Omni Family Health Board Chairman Manuel G. Flores, “Having served as a member of the Omni Family Health Board of Directors for nearly seven years and as the Chairman for four of those years, I have had the pleasure of witnessing firsthand Mr. Castillon’s heart for the mission, his passion for serving our patients, and the incredible impact he has made in our communities as a result of his experience and exceptional leadership.
